Problem with VBA macros

Hello!
We use the latest version of XLSReadWriteII (6.01.05) and have some problems with VBA marcos.
If file has a VBA Marcos I need to set ReadVBA = true. If I don't macros disappears when I open the file with LibreOffice. But if I open the file with MS Office and ReadVBA = true I get an error: VBA library initialization error.
How can I make this work in both LibreOffice and MS Office?

Yes, I received the file but as it's an XLS file there will not be any update for this problem. Very few uses XLS files today.
