Blank worksheets
When we read an xlsx file containing blank worksheets, the LastCol and LastRow properties of the blank sheets is 0. When we read an xls file containing blank sheets, the LastRow and LastCol properties of the blank sheets is -1. Is this an expected difference between the two file versions?

I would have been better if xls and xlsx files returned the same value, but as it have been like this for several years, we can't change it as this is what users expect.
