dpk files missing in sourcecode distribution

Hello,

Why in the source code distribution the dpk files are missing? If I have to rebuild the packages, this is not possible.

In Delphi2009 version after install the bpl file was missing. So I wanted to rebuild it. But without dpk file this is not possible.
