intslling BPL in Builder 6

Hello
I have trouble with installing XLSReadWriteII 4.00.07 in C++ Builder 6.
Error message is: "Cannot load package 'XLSRWII4_CPP6'. It contains unit 'Jconsts', witch is also contained in package'vcljpg60'".
How to fix this problem?

Hello

There is a conflict with some other component that uses the JPEG library.

Yes, there is a conflict with a TeeChart Pro. But I need as TeeChart as XLSReadWrte. What can I do? May be it is nesessary to create f lib file fom *.obj? And add lib file to a project?
