Formatting Cells in Excel

My users cannot make any changes to the format of cells in the spreadsheets produced. They right click and select "Format Cells" and no dialog comes up. The buttons on the toolbar don't work either. We use Excel 2003.

Is there any way around this?

Can you please give me an example on how you have formetted the cells?

When I draw a border like this:

Worksheet.Range.Items[Col, Row, RightCol, BottomRow].BorderOutlineStyle := cbsThin;

they can't use Excel to modify the format of the cells, or the cells adjacent to the range horizontally or vertically. Do I need to send you a spreadsheet?

Hello

You must set the color of the border as well.
