You can select the language on the document. If there is a language missing, you can easily add the language as the translations are stored in a standard Excel file.

  • The document on the screen look exactly as the printed.
  • The documents are printed on normal paper. You can select which pages that shall be printed.
  • A logotype or picture can be inserted in documents and labels.
Documents can be saved as PDF files.
Labels for goods can be printed. Labels can be printed on all windows compatible printes (if you uses a dedicated lable printer). The software can handle label sheets with multiple labels.

The software has several functions to ease your daily work.

  • You can create databases of recipients and goods. The information can then be copied into the document with just a mouse click.
  • A filled out document can be saved as a template for later resuse.
  • Saved documents can be used as template.
  • Recipients in existing databases can be imported by Excel files.
A document can be sent by e-mail with the built in email client. The document is attached as a PDF file.
Documents are saved in a database where you can seek or reuse them. The documents can be exported as Excel files.
The software can be used in network where all users share the information.
  The software is on English or Swedish. Language can be selected from the software.
