how can I refresh a TOC (or other fields) by code with docxReadWrite?

Sorry, there is no simple solution for this. It's possible to search trough all character runs for the fields and then update them manually. Difficult if you not have studied the source code. What is missing is a nice interface for this. This is planned for a future upgrade. And no, I cant tell when this upgrade will be released.
