two warnings are generated

[DCC Warning] BIFF_ReadII5.pas(1092): W1057 Implicit string cast from 'RawByteString' to 'string'
[DCC Warning] XLSColumn5.pas(873): W1000 Symbol 'AddIfNone' is deprecated: 'Not required anymore'
