I can't download last version of xlsreadwriteii v 4.

I have been trying for a week as well to obtain latest password as a registered user.
Is Axolot still in business?

I upgraded to the latest version of v.4.00.65a. Why do my spreadsheets have "XLSReadWriteII Copyright(c) 2010 Axolot Data" at the top? I was also wondering if the Source is available for this version. We have the Source for the previous version.
Edit: I'm guessing that I downloaded it from the wrong place. We have a 5 user license. This is the place that we downloaded it from:
