I would like to return to version 4.00.20 of XLSReadWriteII.

In BDS2006 I use Version 4.00.15. In GRS2009 I use 4.00.20, and in ERS2010 i have installed Version 4.00.25. In 2006 and 2009 works everything fine. But in 4.00.25, in 2010, I get so many EAccess errors, which seem
to me being the culprit XLSREadWriteII 4.00.25. To verify this hypothesis I would need to download version 4.00.20 for ERS2010. Is this possible? If then I have no errors, I could not blame Delphi2010 for the EAccess
errors.

Yes, you can have v. 4.00.20, but only the source code. You have to build the package yourself.
