Version Upgrade XLSReadWriteII4

I have Pb since the version 4 of XLS (not with XLS2),
I have a file excel with a Macro and interface component :

1) to open the file with directly Excel> it is OK
2) closed Excel
3) RUN EditSample.exe AND Read > it is OK
4) Write in EditSample.exe
5) open the file with directly Excel> it is Not OK !!

it seems that XLS corrupts the file !!!
