4.00.15 + round function = issue

Hi,

First, the 2009 version is stay at the 4.00.12, so I have compare with D2007 and adjust my sources files.

But now, the function "round" make exception : wrong number of arguments :!!!
I think it's directly link to the last update around line 915 in EncodeFormulaII4.pas

Right now ROUND takes two arguments. You can however change this in the file ExcelFuncII4.pas
