Application hanging on CmdFormat.ApplyCols

When we run the sample FormatCells and click on the "Format colummns" button, the application hangs consuming all CPU.
The bug is on the line: XLS.CmdFormat.ApplyRows(1,5);
We're using version 5.20.45 and Delphi XE2
